    No. We have a centralized application that everyone access via IE. It is an in-house application, built using Oracle Forms Developer 10g, that access data from an oracle database.

    I think you will need to apply agent on the centralized application and see how it is performing .

    How about if there are 180+ computers and not all of the computers experience problems. How would I config/set-up the monitoring to be for a portion of the computers with the problems? Our assumption is, that the cause of the problem is on the computer, since not all computers experience the problems. The problems can not be created on demand, so we need to monitor and log on the computer that when the problem presents itself.

    180 + computers are using the java client application and talking to the server via some protocol ?
