Viewer doesn't show Updates

Hi.
I can install the applications (Viewer and Agent in my Tomcat
environment), but after a few minutes Viewer doesn't show new updates!
I have to shut Viewer down and start it over again and now I can see
my statisctis, but obviusly I lost my last log.
Any suggestions about it?

JVM Vendor: Sun Microsystems Inc.

Can you attache agent and viewer logs for this ? also can you please confirm if there was some load on application that you are trying to monitor .
