Blank Screen when going back to Overview
  • Installed the latest AppDynamics Lite onto our production server, in an application having performance issues. Works fine for a few minutes, but once I drill into something, the overview becomes useless until I restart the Viewer application. I see no errors in the Viewer console or any log files. It doesn't help if I clear cache or try another browser. If I go back and log in again the screen just comes up black. I have tried setting -Xmx to 1024m but that doesn't seem to have made a difference.

    Restarting the viewer console seems to work for a while again.
  • Can you please confirm your flash player version ?

  • I have the same issue, my flash version is: 11.1.102.55.

    The Viewer console works perfect (no data), until the agent was started.

    Any clue?, something looking for in logs?
  • do you see any exception when you start agent ? is there any port conflict ?

  • no exception and no port conflict. The only strange thing is when the Viewer is started shows: "INFO: NO JSP Support for /, did not find org.apache.jasper.servlet.JspServlet".

    from logs (liteviewer.log) the only "error" is: LiteAlertManager - Alerts already exist or were created in the past; defaults will not be created

    After login only an blank screen appears.
