AppLite: Login Never Returns

    I've installed AppLite and am able to bring up the login screen on my browser. I'll intentionally enter an incorrect login/password and the console displays the message "Incorrect login credentials provided." Once I enter the correct credentials, the application goes off the deep end and never comes back. The spinner keeps spinning and the logs nor the console show any exceptions. Both the viewer and the application are being run as root. The output on the console is as follows:

    Any ideas why I can't get past the login screen?

    Hello Armin,

    This looks like a browser caching issue. Can you please try deleting browser cache and than try.

    I am having the same issue. I am using version 2.1 GA. I have tried in both Chrome and FF. this is the output of the viewer startup:

    Both the viewer and the Agent are running on am IBM AIX system.

    Environment =
    We are running the agent on an Oracle WebLogic server v10.3.5.0, on a 64 bit IBM RS600 OS=AIX 6
    JVM = IBM J9 VM (build 2.4, JRE 1.6.0 IBM J9 2.4 AIX ppc64-64 jvmap6460sr9-20101124_69295 (JIT enabled, AOT enabled)

    I tried Arpit's recommendation; however, that did not resolve the issue. In the end, I was not able to get AppLite working.

    Can you confirm which jdk you are using for liteviewer and platform . if possible it would be great if you can send me the liteviewer logs at apatel@appdynamics.com
